Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Can Out, Can In LLC! These Terms & Conditions are intended to keep our service expectations clear and straightforward. By scheduling, purchasing, or continuing service with Can Out, Can In LLC (“Can Out, Can In,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms.
Services
Can Out, Can In provides residential and commercial trash container cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, valet, and related exterior cleaning services. Services and availability may vary depending on location and route.
Payment & Recurring Service
Payment is required for service. Customers are charged at the time of initial signup. For recurring services, the payment method on file will automatically be charged two (2) days before each scheduled cleaning. By enrolling in Monthly, Quarterly, or another recurring service, you authorize Can Out, Can In LLC and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method on file for each scheduled service, including applicable sales tax, additional containers, valet service, and other services you have selected. There is no long-term contract. Recurring service may be canceled before the next scheduled charge. If payment cannot be successfully processed, the upcoming service may be skipped until payment is received. No payment, no cleaning. Prices, taxes, and service offerings may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify recurring customers of material changes to their service pricing.
Preparing Your Cans for Cleaning
Trash cans must be empty and reasonably accessible when we arrive for service. We will not knowingly clean containers containing human or excessive animal fecal matter, hazardous materials, chemicals, medical waste, excessive loose garbage, or other materials that could create an unsafe or unsanitary condition. If your trash can has not been emptied by your trash provider, was not placed out or accessible for cleaning, contains prohibited materials, or otherwise cannot be serviced when we arrive, we may skip that cleaning or arrange another service date. If you request that we make an additional trip to return and clean the container before your next regularly scheduled service, an additional trip/service charge may apply. You may instead choose to skip the cleaning and resume service on your next regularly scheduled date.
Trash Collection Delays, Weather & Rescheduling
Our routes are generally scheduled around local trash collection schedules. Service may need to be delayed or rescheduled because of late or missed trash collection, holidays, freezing temperatures, severe weather, unsafe road or working conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. When practical, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and complete the service as soon as conditions allow.
Existing Damage & Container Condition
Can Out, Can In LLC is not responsible for damage or defects that existed before our service, including cracked or weakened plastic, broken lids, damaged wheels or axles, loose handles, warped containers, previous repairs, normal wear and tear, or deterioration caused by age, sunlight, heat, weather, or ordinary use. Trash containers naturally deteriorate over time. Hot-water and pressure cleaning may reveal or worsen areas that were already cracked, brittle, weakened, repaired, or damaged before service. If you believe our negligence directly caused new damage to your property, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
Cleaning Results
We take pride in providing a thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing service. However, some stains, discoloration, paint, permanent residue, odors, or materials that have penetrated or permanently altered the container may not be completely removable. Because the age and condition of every container varies, we cannot guarantee that every container will appear new after cleaning.
Photos & Videos
Can Out, Can In LLC may take photographs or video before, during, or after service for service documentation, quality control, training, and promotional or marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media. We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly display personally identifying customer information, house numbers, license plates, or other sensitive information when using service photos or videos for marketing. If you do not want photos or videos taken or used for promotional purposes, please contact us and let us know.
Property Access & Safety
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the containers being serviced. Please keep pets secured and ensure gates, driveways, walkways, and other areas necessary to reach the containers are reasonably safe and accessible. Can Out, Can In may delay, skip, or refuse service if conditions create an unreasonable safety risk to our employees, equipment, customers, animals, or property.
Valet Service
Where valet service is available, the customer authorizes Can Out, Can In LLC to move their trash containers between their normal storage location and designated trash collection location as necessary to provide the purchased service. Customers are responsible for maintaining a reasonably safe and accessible path for the containers.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Can Out, Can In LLC reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or cancel service when reasonably necessary, including because of unsafe or unsanitary conditions, prohibited materials, inaccessible containers, repeated payment failures, abusive or threatening behavior, or circumstances that prevent us from safely or reasonably providing service.
Cancellations
There is no long-term contract. Recurring customers may cancel before their next scheduled charge by contacting Can Out, Can In LLC or through any available customer account-management options. Cancellation prevents future recurring services and charges but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for services already performed or charges already incurred.

Marketing emails or text messages will only be sent as permitted by applicable law and customer consent. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase our services.
