Services Provided Can Out Can In LLC provides residential and commercial services including but not limited to: • Trash can washing • Trash can sanitation and deodorizing • Trash can valet services (moving cans to and from curb) • Bulk or commercial container cleaning Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling routes, and operational capacity.
3. Scheduling & Service Days Services are scheduled based on local trash pickup routes and service areas. Customers will be assigned a service day based on their location. Service days may change due to: • Weather • Holidays • Equipment maintenance • Operational needs We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of major schedule changes.
4. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure the following before their scheduled service: • Trash cans must be empty • Trash cans must be accessible and visible • Trash cans should be left at the curb or designated service location If cans are not available at the time of service, the service may be skipped and still counted as the scheduled visit.
5. Missed Cans or Obstructed Access Can Out Can In LLC is not responsible for missed service if: • Cans are not left out • Cans are blocked by vehicles or obstacles • Gates or fences prevent access • Pets create unsafe conditions Missed service under these circumstances does not guarantee a rescheduled visit.
6. Weather Delays Services may be delayed due to: • Severe weather • Freezing temperatures • Lightning or unsafe conditions If a delay occurs, service will be rescheduled for the next available route day.
7. Billing & Subscriptions By signing up for recurring service you agree to automatic recurring billing. Billing may occur: • Monthly • Quarterly • Every service cycle depending on plan selected Charges may occur before the scheduled service date to secure your service slot. Failure of payment may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
8. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel service at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. No refunds will be issued for services already performed.
9. Property Protection While we take great care during service, Can Out Can In LLC is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear to trash containers, including but not limited to: • Loose wheels • Cracked lids • Brittle plastic from age or sun exposure
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Can Out Can In LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
